It’s no secret that the Pixel 6 series has had a few teething problems. While we report on many of the more prominent issues that owners may encounter, for the most part, many people are happy with their Pixel 6 and 6 Pro – and that extends to other Made by Google smartphones.

This week, we uncovered the possibility that Google could be preparing a refresh of the 2015 Chromecast Audio. Would you be interested in that becoming a reality?

While we’re sure that most Pixel 6 and 6 Pro owners have not experienced issues, there are still people out there with the latest Google flagship duo with complaints and problems. A somewhat major problem that some are facing is seriously poor connectivity issues with the Pixel 6 series.

The latest Android 13 Beta 3 build has tweaked the gesture navigation bar to be more prominent with a larger, bolder “pill” to help make it stand out. It appears that this change has been fairly divisive, but what do you think?

For the privacy-conscious, the Camera and Mic access toggles that Google introduced with Android 12 can provide peace of mind, and are generally more convenient than disabling those permissions outright for an app. By design, they’re quite strict and can be overly so, with there being upsides to future versions of Android introducing more granularity.

As we reported at the start of this year, a tentatively named “Chromecast HD with Google TV” is in the works. It will presumably be cheaper than the existing $49.99 dongle and be closer in price to the $29.99 Chromecast. Once that new device launches, one interesting question is whether Google will still sell a streamer that is powered by its original Cast operating system?

After years of stagnation, Android 12 brought renewed attention to widgets on the OS. Google introduced a number of new tools for developers and revamped its first-party offerings. With all these changes, are you using widgets more?

After a lull with the Pixel 5 in 2020, it’s hard to argue that Google listened to fans and went right back to the drawing board with a reinvented and reenvisioned flagship Pixel 6 series in 2021. Early leaks indicate that the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro will pack modest upgrades but we’re wondering just where the bulk of changes will come from.

After my fourth or fifth switch back-and-forth between the latest flagship duo, I’m beginning to feel that while the bigger, more capable Pro model is objectively better, it doesn’t quite exude the same charm as the smaller, approachable, and infinitely more “fun” Pixel 6.
