DIY stock Android conversion for your existing HTC One


Just a couple of days after the stock Android version of the HTC One went on salexdaDevelopers has put a ROM dump online, allowing anyone with an existing HTC One handset to install the native Google version … 

You’ll need to root your phone to install it, and like all mods it’s done at your own risk after ensuring all your data is backed-up, but if you already have an HTC One, this lets you combine gorgeous hardware with the pure Android experience we here at 9to5Google prefer.
