Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, and ASUS PadFone X now available from AT&T

Screen Shot 2014-06-06 at 11.16.16 AMAT&T today has released a trio of new tablets. The carrier is now offering the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, and ASUS PadFone X. The trio of devices are all available for purchase today with 4G LTE capabilities. The company also announced that its GoPhone prepaid plans are now compatible with a handful of tablets.

Galaxy Note Pro and Tab Pro tablets hitting the US from 13th Feb, but wifi-only for now

If you liked the look of the four new tablets Samsung announced at CES back in January, you don’t have long to wait until they go on sale – but for now, only the wifi models will be available, and the Tab Pro 12.2 won’t ship until next month, reports re/code.

You can preorder the Wi-Fi-enabled Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, Tab Pro 10.1 or Tab Pro 8.4 now from various retailers, including Best Buy, Walmart and Amazon. But the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 isn’t expected to ship till March …

Flurry of new Samsung tablets expected to launch tonight as specs leak

Samsung has put up banners at CES for a new Galaxy Note PRO and Tab PRO, which it is expected to unveil tonight (photo courtesy of Engadget) – and thanks to leaked specs from the generally dependable @evleaks, we think we have a good idea what to expect.

The leak suggests that four new models will be launched, with 3G and LTE variants, in 8.4-, 10.1- and 12.2-inch sizes.

The 12.2-inch NotePRO and TabPRO devices appear to be identical bar the S-Pen of the former. Specs are said to be a quad-core Snapdragon 800 2.3GHz processor for the LTE version, and Samsung’s own quad-core Exynos 5 Octa chip running at 1.9GHz in the Wifi/3G variant. Other specs are said to be identical for both versions …
