How to adjust the vibration intensity on the OnePlus 6 for incoming calls, notifications, more

If there is one fundamental difference between every phone out there, it’s the vibration motor. Sometimes it can be light and quiet, or sometimes it’s violent and quite loud. Thankfully, at least in the case of the OnePlus 6, the company allows you to adjust the vibration intensity for incoming calls, notifications, and more. Here’s how.

How to adjust the vibration intensity on the OnePlus 6

  1. Settings
  2. Sound & vibration
  3. Vibration intensity

As always, the first step will be to head into the phone’s Settings menu. TO do this, pull down on the notification shade and tap on the gear icon. From there, jump into the Sound & vibration submenu. Lastly, find the option labeled as Vibration intensity.

Here, you can select to adjust the vibration intensity for incoming calls, notifications, and when you tap on things on-screen. Each of these areas allows you to set the vibration to LightMedium, or Strong. Just hit Ok when you’re done to save any changes.
