Unboxing the LG Watch Style [Video]

With the release of Android Wear 2.0, Google and LG announced two new smartwatches: the LG Watch Style and Watch Sport. While the Sport features LTE, NFC, GPS, and a heart rate sensor, the Style is a simplified wearable that only does the basics — but also looks more like a traditional analog watch…

The LG Watch Style, running Android Wear 2.0, features a 1.2-inch P-OLED 360×360 pixel display, a Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of built-in storage, and 240mAh battery. While the Sport could be referred to as the flagship Android Wear device when comparing the two side-by-side, the Style does stand out to those who want a slim, elegant, and a relatively powerful yet simple smartwatch.

Inside the box, you get the Watch Style, a quick start guide, an AC adaptor with a USB-A female port, and a charging cradle that can be plugged into the included power adapter or any other USB Type-A port. The charging cradle is different than the one that comes with the Watch Sport as the Style lays down flat on top of it when wirelessly charging.
