Following the launch of WiFi-only models of the new Galaxy Tab 4 series in May, today AT&T announced an LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 will arrive for its customers today. You’ll be able to get the tablet through AT&T for $270 on the usual two year contract or for $0 down and $18.50/month for 20 months on the company’s instalment plan. The instalment plan brings the total cost of the tablet not on contract up to $370.

You can also get an extra $50 off the tablet if you buy Galaxy smartphone through AT&T at the same time. It will also require a 2 year agreement or Next instalment plan.

The new tablet packs in a 1.2 GHz Quad-core processor, Android 4.4 KitKat, 1.5GB RAM, a 4450 mAh battery, 16GB of onboard storage and a 1280×800 WXGA display.

The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is available to purchase online at AT&T’s website starting today and in stores on July 25. The device is also arriving on T-Mobile later this month on July 23.
