Verizon announces Android 4.4 KitKat for DROID Ultra/Maxx/Mini

You get KitKat, you get KitKat, you get KitKat! Well, Verizon isn’t the Oprah sure but with Verizon’s announcement via Twitter this morning that Android 4.4 is on its way to the DROID Ultra, Maxx and Mini it sure feels like a Oprah giveaway episode.

As per typical Verizon, no timeframe is offered but a safe guess is a slightly staggered rollout so if you don’t see this update right away, have patience. The good news is that you have KitKat long before any of your Samsung Galaxy S 4 or HTC One friends do so enjoy your bragging rights for now.
