Watch the unveiling of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 here starting at 11AM ET [Livestream]

Samsung is set to announce its latest flagship phablet, the Galaxy Note 7, today at an event in New York City. And thankfully the Korean company is providing a livestream so that we can watch it all unfold in real time. You can tune in to Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2016 below starting at 11AM ET…

As for the device’s specs, we’ve confirmed that the Galaxy Note 7 will feature a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM, a 12 MP camera with an f/1.7 aperture (not to mention OIS and 4K video support), a 5 MP selfie cam, 64GB of onboard storage, microSD card slot, a 3,500 mAh battery, and a USB Type-C port. There’s also an iris scanner, and the device’s exact dimensions: 153.5mm x 73.9mm x 7.9mm, with a weight of 168 grams.

Samsung is also likely to introduce a new Gear VR at the Unpacked event today. This device comes in an all-new stealthy black color alongside a USB Type-C port for connecting to the phone. Also, as we’ve reported, the Galaxy Note 7 ships with ‘Samsung Cloud,’ Gorilla Glass 5 atop its display, and a handy-dandy USB-C to microUSB adapter in the box..
